Our area managers are an indispensable part of Stadtküken. With their expertise, they particularly support the directors, provide orientation, and create spaces for professional exchange. They ensure that no one faces challenges alone, offer guidance, and establish clear structures. Our Back Office

Our back office is the silent force behind Stadtküken. With heart, reliability, and expertise, we see ourselves as a support for directors and teams in all our daycares in Hamburg: We handle administrative tasks, review applications, manage billing with the city, assist with daycare placement, and constantly look for ways to improve the conditions in our daycares. We listen carefully, take wishes into account, and seek solutions that make our daycares even better for children, parents, and teams.
